In-office procedures

We strive to make high-quality gynecologic care accessible and convenient. By providing in-office procedures, we help our busy patients get the care they need in one place from a doctor they trust. Some of our in-office OB/GYN care procedures include:

Obstetric and pregnancy care

We are honored that you are considering us as your obstetric provider. In our practice, evidence-based medicine and inclusivity go hand in hand. No matter where you are on your pregnancy journey — from pre-conception to pregnancy to fertility issues — you will get compassionate obstetric care. Our services include:

  • Infertility evaluation and treatment
  • Normal and high-risk obstetrics
  • Pre-conceptual counseling
  • Prenatal care
  • Ultrasounds
  • Vaginal birth after cesarean section (VBAC)

When should I start prenatal care?

Your first visit is usually scheduled eight weeks from the first day of your last menstrual period. At this visit, we do a thorough review of your health history and perform a physical exam. We perform a vaginal ultrasound to confirm gestational age. You will also go through an orientation to our obstetric practice, where we provide information about the different genetic tests we offer.

What happens at a routine prenatal visit?

Your routine prenatal visits will include weight, blood pressure, urine testing and listening to fetal heart tones. Sometimes we will need to do blood tests or screenings.

Where will I give birth?

All of our pregnant patients give birth at Rose Medical Center, Denver’s Baby Hospital. We are happy to provide you with continuous care during labor and delivery.

Why deliver at Rose?

Have other questions about pregnancy?

We know being pregnant raises a lot of questions, from what medications can be taken safely to what to expect from a genetic screening to how cord blood banking works. Your provider will be able to answer these questions during your prenatal visits, but you can find some details on our helpful Medical Information pages.
